Apr 12, 2019 – Russian power company Hevel has started construction of two debut solar power plants in the republic of Kalmykia including the Yashkulskaya plant with a capacity of 58.8 MW.
The Yashkulskaya photovoltaic (PV) solar power plant with an installed capacity of 58.8 MW will be constructed in the Yashkulsky district of Russia‘s republic of Kalmykia.
The project’s operator, power company Hevel is to build the first two 33.5 MW stages of the facility in 2019, and the third 25 MW stage in 2020.
