Sep 25, 2019 – NovaWind, a wind power unit of Russia’s state nuclear power corporation Rosatom, has started constructing the 210 MW Kochubeyevskaya wind power plant in the Stavropol Region.
The Kochubeyevskaya onshore wind farm with a capacity of 210 MW will be located in the Kochubeyevsky municipal region of Russia’s Stavropol region.
Investment is planned at over 23 billion rubles (around USD360 mln).
The project’s operator NovaWind received permission to build the power plant in early September and began construction in late September 2019.
