Source: Enel Russia wins auction to build 71 MW wind power units

Jun 11, 2019 – Enel Russia has won a tender to build 71 megawatts (MW) of wind power facilities with the launch scheduled for 2024, a source in the industry told RIA Novosti.

A spokesperson for Enel Russia told RIA Novosti that the company is waiting for the tender’s results.

In June, power market regulator Sovet Rynka (Market Council) said that the quota for wind power generating utilities with the launch in 2024 was 75.8 MW under a program of green power support, while companies bid for 635.58 MW.
